Gabrielle was so very helpful and compassionate to our misfortune of blowing a tire while entering the Airport. She worked with me over the phone, helping me to select the tire we needed, set up put me in the system and made sure that we would receive service at 5:30 pm once we arrived with car being towed. She was incredible to work with and helped to ease my stress. I had just taken my sister to the airport after a medical emergency, as well I was on my way to the hospital to pick up my daughter and grandson of 2 1/2 yrs that had emergency surgery. It was a day like no other for sure! I highly recommend this location for service and of course Gabrielle!

DO NOT! Go to this location!!! I came here to get my oil changed just a week ago! and I needed to get a vehicle inspection since this week I need to make a long drive to Orlando from Tampa. They gave me the diagnostic paperwork when I was DONE PAYING, and never gave me the chance to fix/ address what was really wrong with my car. I was told my brakes were good and that it would be a “long time” before I need them replaced. I knew something was off with the service I received when they didn’t top off the fluids like they said they would, AND when I noticed they didn’t replace the oil change sticker to when I need to get the oil changed again. The lady at the front desk was so adamant on getting me to spend $380 to replace my front tires since the tread was low (which I knew) but that day I just couldn’t do it and I’m glad I didn’t. Today (5/22/26) I am at the Firestone on N Florida bc I got a screw in my tire. They asked if I wanted to get my vehicle inspected (which this location is my normal location bc they are consistent with their service and Curtis is such a joy to deal with. So now I pay for another full vehicle inspection bc of the red flags from the other location on Westsh

SHOUTOUT TO JOSE the store manager considering the stress that these guys go thru working on cars how hot it is outside José has a great attitude was very welcoming and had me in and out very fast (not that everyone should expect to be out as fast) all we had was a road hazard and a complete vehicle inspection I didn’t have time for the recommendations but I definitely will be coming back! Great store great guys great service

Save yourself the aggravation. We drove to Tampa for a concert at Raymond James and our tire started showing low pressure even after filling it. Dropped our car off and we were assured it would take 1.5- 2 hours. We explained we had a show to catch at Raymond James and that we needed the car back same day. We came back after 2 hours and they hadn't even touched our car. No calls to update us, no consideration whatsoever. We waited another half hour to see if they would take us and nothing. Another fan was changing their own tire in the parking lot because they had also been waiting forever. I understand it can get busy, but not even a call to warn us that they were WAY behind and to give us time to find another option. We were super stressed and ended up calling around and found a Tires Plus down in Daly Mabry and the tire was fixed 45 minutes later. Wish we would have saved ourselves the stress and just went with a better reviewed place first.

I had a gotten a screw in my tire Sunday evening and had stopped by first thing Monday morning to see if I could make an appointment for after work that day since my tire didn’t seem to be losing any air from it yet. I had to be to work by 9 and wasn’t sure if I could have anything done before that due to time constraints. Dylan was super helpful and was able to get me in immediately. My tire wasn’t able to be repaired so I had to have a new tire installed. The team got my tire swapped out and I was back on the road door in about 25 minutes. I ended up being early for work too. I am so grateful I ended up there and everything was taken care of so quickly. It made my day! Thank you again so much! 😊
